Alas, my head couldn't fit through... or move back out. Even as a quiet child, I knew I'd need to make noise to escape that jam. So I honked my way to freedom.

I love evoking brand stories that share meaning, provoke action, and change lives. The quest to share experience-based copy drives me to conduct interviews, ask strategic questions, and research market-based solutions. I've earned my copywriting chops writing for visionaries at healing arts centers and nutritional companies. I've written for therapists, personal chefs, nutritionists, general contractors, architects, designers, and one super-cool toy store.
When I'm not writing or reading, I'm generally coaching at The Habits Whisperer or hiking, biking, and hanging with friends and fam in Boulder, CO. I hold an MS from Johns Hopkins University and BS from the University of Kansas (Marketing and Journalism, natch).
